Leadership Studies

In this short essay, I cover Classical approach vs. Teamwork approach to management, including the differences and the unique characteristics of each approach in a work or class setting.
Throughout this paper, I describe the common ethical systems used in Law Enforcement in the U.S. as well as the differing situations for each system.
Gender differences are widely based on the environments and mannerisms we are taught while growing up, all throughout our early childhood and adolescent years. In this paper, I discuss how cognitive development is differing depending on gender and lifestyles.
Teaching cultural diversity in the classroom and workplace allows individuals to fully embrace who they are, personality and culture wise. Within this paper, I explain the importance of being surrounded by culturally diverse individuals.
My Work
Throughout my two and a half years here at Pittsburg State University I have developed a wide realm of knowledge on the topic of Communication. From research writing to completing group projects (many times) to presenting my own theories, I have come to understand how communication affects much more in our daily lives than we realize. Above, I have decided to showcase some of my best work as a Communication graduate here at PSU as well as who I am personally.
